These terms apply to every purchase, sale, part-exchange, valuation and servicing instruction undertaken with Royal Windsor Watches Ltd ("we", "us", "our") whether placed in person, by telephone or online.

By placing an order or instructing us, you confirm you have read and accepted these terms. If anything is unclear, contact us before proceeding — we are always happy to talk it through.

The vast majority of pieces we offer are pre-owned. Each is inspected, serviced where required and authenticated by our specialists prior to sale. Photographs are representative; minor variations in patina, lume and bracelet stretch are inherent to a previously-worn watch.

Box, papers and ancillary accessories are listed against each piece. Where they are absent, this is reflected in the price.

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. Stock is offered subject to availability and we reserve the right to refuse or withdraw any order prior to dispatch.

We accept bank transfer, debit card, and selected credit cards. Finance is available on eligible pieces — terms and credit checks apply.

Orders within the UK are dispatched on a fully-insured next-working-day service following cleared funds. International deliveries are arranged case-by-case via insured specialist couriers and may attract local duties payable by the recipient.

Distance-sale purchases may be returned within 14 days for a full refund provided the piece is unworn, unaltered and supplied with all original packaging. We arrange the insured return collection.

Bespoke commissions, sized rings and bullion are excluded from distance-sale returns once production or settlement has begun.

Watches are sold with a 24-month mechanical warranty covering the movement against manufacturing defects. The warranty is voided by water ingress, accidental damage or third-party intervention. Our authenticity guarantee is offered for the lifetime of the piece.

Offers we make to purchase or part-exchange a piece are valid for 7 days. Funds are released following physical inspection and verification in our Windsor showroom. We do not accept stolen, counterfeit or materially misrepresented goods.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud. Subject to that, our maximum liability is limited to the price paid for the relevant piece. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of England and Wales.
